Body repair
Auto body repair encompasses a wide range of services, including correcting door jambs, replacing body parts, replacing windshields and side windows, and painting body parts. Prices for all these services vary. For example, bumper removal and installation cost 2,000 rubles.
Painting a whole car is a labor-intensive process requiring many hours of labor. To paint a car, it must be disassembled and then reassembled. The cost can vary depending on the size and class of the car. Most often, the cost is 80,000 rubles, including all premium consumables. Buying a new car can be a significant expense, so you might decide that freshening up your current car and keeping it looking its best for at least five years would be a good idea.
Since the bumper area is larger than the fender and requires special materials for plastic, the cost of painting is higher than that of painting the fender. The cost of painting includes all labor and paint materials. The cost may vary depending on the vehicle class, as the same bumper on a Daewoo Matiz is much smaller than that on a Mercedes.
You can paint a body part either entirely or partially (with a transition). The transition will not be visible. The photo shows an example of a transition on silver. The auto repair shop where the car was repaired before us couldn't match the color. Silver is very difficult to match. In this case, you can see that there is no line between the door and the fender.
You can paint a door on one side if it doesn't require replacement, but only when defects (scratches or chips) need to be repaired. However, the door may need to be replaced, requiring painting on both sides. The cost of the job will include labor, hardware, and consumables, which averages 3,000 rubles.
Painting a car roof often requires removing the windshield. The most common defect is corrosion along the windshield edge caused by stone chips. Rust then creeps under the windshield, causing a hole and allowing water from the outside to penetrate the car's interior. While an exterior body element (such as a front fender) can be easily replaced, replacing a car roof is expensive. We can cut the windshield and repair the damaged area by sandblasting the rust, tinning the damaged area, or applying an acid-based primer, and then painting it, restoring the car to its original appearance.
The trunk lid can be painted on one side or both sides, depending on your situation. If you have a hatchback or station wagon, the rear windshield may need to be removed. Often, the trunk lid requires repair due to corrosion. We can sandblast the damaged area and tin it, ensuring that you won't have any further problems in that area.
